Hank was born deaf and is learning quickly to communicate with sign language. He has learned the sign for inside, outside, potty, eat, good boy, no and gentle. He is thriving and settling in nicely. I cannot believe how quick and smart he is. He's so calm and affectionate. He is so receptive to new words. He constantly watches my hands. I can see why deaf dogs become more bonded to a human then a hearing dog. He finally is learning to communicate and he loves it! He might not have had an area to run before he got here..but he shot out the door and ran, jumping all over the place..it was really cool to witness. Hank is almost a year old, a medium size dog at 46 pounds, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, current on his vaccines and preventatives. Could you offer this amazing guy a loving home?
